My advice is to visit the lake in the late afternoon around 5 PM. The sunsets are absolutely stunning! We arrived a bit late and missed the best part of the day. Plus, it was less crowded then!

I suggest packing a picnic because there are some great spots by the lake. Sandwiches and a nice view just go hand in hand. Don't forget to bring a blanket - we ended up sitting on the grass and it wasn't as comfy as I'd hoped

I recommend renting a paddle boat for an hour or two. It's way cheaper than joining a tour, and you get to explore at your own pace. Just make sure to check the weather beforehand - it poured on us!
