If you can, go for the later classes around 2 PM. It's less crowded and you get to experience some beautiful sunsets on the water!
I suggest booking your class in advance especially during peak season. I almost missed out because they were full on the day I wanted to go!
My advice is to check the weather beforehand. It was a bit too windy for my taste, and I felt a bit uncomfortable on the water; some others seemed to enjoy it, though!
