I suggest arriving a little early, maybe around 15 minutes before your appointment, to fill out the forms and fully unwind before the massage starts. It made a big difference for me

I recommend booking your massage in advance, especially during peak season. I walked in without an appointment and ended up waiting forever. Totally worth reserving a spot to save time!

My advice is to try the aromatherapy massage. It was so relaxing, and I think the scents really enhanced the experience. Just make sure to communicate your preferences.
