If you're looking to save some cash, bring your own snacks and drinks. The onsite prices can be pretty steep, and there's nowhere else to grab food nearby.

Check the weather forecast before you go – wind can really mess up plans for BASE jumping. I was stuck waiting for hours because of unexpected conditions; plan ahead to avoid that.
