I recommend you visit after 10 PM if you want a livelier scene. The energy really picks up, and you'll get to see more performances and clientele.

My advice is to dress a bit smart-casual. I went in shorts and a t-shirt, and while nobody judged, I think I would’ve felt more comfortable in something nicer.
