I suggest wearing comfortable shoes. You're going to be standing a lot, and trust me, your feet will thank you after all that excitement on the ride!
I definitely recommend going during the week, ideally early afternoon, to avoid the long lines. I went on a Saturday and waited almost an hour, which felt like forever!
