Make sure to bring a water bottle. It can get super hot in Delhi, and there aren’t a lot of vendors nearby. Staying hydrated made my visit so much more enjoyable!

I suggest trying to visit during the week rather than on weekends. It felt much more serene and you can really take in the architecture without the huge tourist crowds.

Don't forget to dress modestly! I wore a long skirt, which worked out, but a friend got turned away at the door for wearing shorts. Just a heads up!
