I recommend scheduling your tasting for around 3 PM. It's a great time because it's less crowded and gives you a more personal experience with the staff. I enjoyed chatting with them a lot!
I suggest bringing a picnic and enjoying it on the grounds. The views are stunning and it can save you some cash on food! Just remember to grab a bottle of their wine to enjoy with it.
My advice is to explore their shop after the tasting. I almost missed it, and they have some great deals on bottles that you can’t find elsewhere - grab a few to take home!
