My advice is to learn the clues beforehand if you can. We wasted time figuring out a few basic puzzles, and it kind of put us on the back foot for the more fun ones.
if you're a first-timer, i'd suggest starting with the easier rooms. it’ll give you a good feel for the games without overwhelming you too much. we tried a hard one and it was stressfull!
