I suggest not missing out on their tasting events. They usually have them on Saturdays, and I almost skipped it thinking it might be boring, but it turned out to be a blast! I tried some amazing cheeses and left with a few favorites.
I recommend visiting on a weekday rather than the weekend. It was way less crowded when I went on a Thursday, so I had more time to chat with the cheesemakers and sample the goods without feeling rushed.
