My advice is to take cash for the boat rides. I ended up paying extra because I thought cards would be accepted. Just a head's up, it can get a little pricy, too!
i suggest you go around 8 am to avoid the biggest crowds. i went later and had to wait almost an hour. totally not worth it when you could be enjoying the view instead.
