I think it's smart to arrive about 15 minutes early to help settle in and get your goggles adjusted—everyone else seemed rushed, which added to the stress.

My advice is to bring your own towels and snacks. The café was a bit pricey, and I could have saved some cash by preparing ahead.

I suggest visiting during the weekday mornings if you can. It's way less crowded and you'll get more one-on-one time with the instructors.
