If you can, ask for Emily. She has amazing skills and a great attitude, really enhances the experience! Trust me, it made all the difference for me.
My advice is to go for a weekday visit, maybe around 2 PM. It wasn't too crowded then, and I got better attention from the staff. Plus, you might snag a good deal!
