I think it's a good idea to chat with the staff they're super friendly and can hook you up with local LGBTQ+ events or places that I wouldn’t have found otherwise
I suggest hitting Komplices on a Friday or Saturday night for the best vibe and bigger crowds; it gets lively around 10 PM! Don't rush in and expect it to be packed right away, it builds up.
My advice is to check out the drink specials while you're there. I found they had awesome happy hour deals till 9 PM that saved me some cash but were easy to miss.
