My advice is to bring a change of clothes if you're planning to use the sauna. The facilities are clean, but sometimes they get busy, so expect to wait for a shower stall.

If you can, try to go on a Thursday night. It's less crowded and you can mingle without feeling rushed. I went on a Friday and it was way too packed!
