I highly recommend going during the week, like Tuesday or Wednesday, to avoid the weekend crowd. It was more relaxed and easier to enjoy the tasting experience without rushing.
I think coming around 4 PM is the sweet spot – the cheese selection was fresh and I didn’t have to wait too long for a table, unlike the rush right after work hours.
I suggest checking if they have any special events or cheese-making demos happening during your visit. I stumbled across one and it was totally worth it!
