My advice is to visit during the week if you can. The weekends get super busy, and I found it hard to get a seat sometimes. Plus, the energy is a bit more relaxed!
Try to chat with the bartenders; they have great local recommendations for drinks and places nearby that aren't always listed online. They really know their stuff!
If you're planning to try some of the more exotic drinks, ask for a sampler first. I tried a couple of things, and some were surprisingly strong; sampling was a lifesaver!
