My advice is to buy your tickets online in advance to skip the long lines. I made the mistake of waiting in line and wasted about 30 minutes.

I recommend checking the weather before you go. If it's cloudy, you might miss out on those breathtaking views of Paris, so be flexible with your plans

Bring a lightweight jacket! It can get windy on the observation deck, and I wasn't prepared for the chill even in summer. It made a huge difference.
