i recommend checking out the café upstairs for a small treat. i had a lovely pastry there while soaking in the stunning view of the grand staircase. it's a perfect break!
Try to book your tickets online a day in advance. I got stuck in a long line when I went, and it seriously ate into my time! Plus, you can score some discounts if you take the time to search around.
