I think getting there right when they open at 10 AM is a great idea. The atmosphere is calm, and you'll have more attention from the staff since it's less crowded.

My advice is to try the aromatherapy massage; it was so relaxing! But be sure to ask about the scents first since some can be a bit overpowering

I recommend booking an appointment in advance, especially on weekends. I noticed the place got super busy, and I wished I had reserved earlier to skip the wait.
