My advice is to try the herbal steam before your massage. It really relaxes you, but it seems like a lot of people skip it. It felt amazing and I think it made my massage even better!
I recommend booking your treatments online, especially on weekends. It can get super busy, and I almost missed my favorite massage because I didn't reserve ahead of time!
