If you want to avoid crowds, I suggest going for a class in the early afternoon, like around 2 PM. It was much more relaxed then, and I had more space to learn. Plus, there were fewer visitors in the shop area.

My advice is to check their schedule in advance. Sometimes, classes fill up fast, and I missed out on trying a couple of cool styles because of that. Just plan a bit ahead and you should be good!
