Make sure to wear good hiking boots, I ended up with blisters because I underestimated the terrain after reading some reviews. Your feet will thank you later!

Get to the trailhead by 8 AM to beat the crowds, trust me, the early start is worth it for those stunning views without too many people around. I did this and it felt more peaceful

Check the weather a couple of days before and be prepared for anything. I thought it would be sunny and ended up caught in a light rain – luckily I brought a light jacket, but still, it was chilly.
