I suggest visiting during weekdays; it's way less crowded, and you can soak in the atmosphere without the rush. I went on a Saturday, and it felt like a non-stop parade!

My advice is to bring your own snacks. The café has decent food but kinda pricey. I saved a ton by munching on my own stuff while enjoying the views.

if you want to take great photos, aim for around 3 pm. the lighting is perfect and makes the old buildings look stunning. i made the mistake of going later, and the shadows were a pain!
