Don't skip the local snacks they offer! I tried some delicious cheese and cured meats paired with the wines, and it was definitely worth it. My advice is to ask for recommendations on pairings when you order

I suggest booking a wine tasting in advance, especially on weekends. It got super crowded when I visited, and I barely managed to squeeze in a tasting at the last minute!
