I suggest visiting Togetsu Bridge in the early morning, around 8 AM. It was less crowded and I got some amazing photos without people photobombing me!

My advice is to bring some snacks and drinks. There are limited food options nearby, and you wouldn't want to waste time looking for something when you could be enjoying the view.
