Before the show, grab a bite at nearby cafés to save some cash. I found a cute one just a block away that had great pastries and was way cheaper than the opera house snacks!

Definitely check out the standing tickets! They’re super cheap and give you a chance to see the opera up close. Just make sure to line up early, like around 2 hours before the show starts. I saved a ton this way!

If you want to take a good selfie, head to the steps outside just before sunset. The lighting and the view of the opera is to die for! Trust me, it’ll make your Instagram pop!
