I suggest arriving around 9 AM. It gets busy later, and you can enjoy more relaxed time on the water before everyone else shows up!
My advice is to bring your own snacks. The cafe prices are a bit high and while the views are lovely I wasn’t ready to spend 5 euros on a sandwich.
Check the weather before you go; I went on a windy day and it meant our trip was cut short. Better sun over choppy seas any day!
