i suggest you bring your own snacks and drinks, because the beachside shops can be a bit pricey for what they offer. trust me, i learned that the hard way!

My advice is to take a morning surf lesson around 9 AM when the waves are better and the wind is calmer. You'll get more out of your time and avoid the crowd later on.
