Look for the student discount; I found out later that students can get tickets for half the price. Just make sure to carry your student ID.

Get your tickets online in advance; I found it saved me a lot of time waiting in line, especially during peak hours. Just make sure to print them out or have them on your phone!

Pack plenty of water and some snacks. There's not much available inside, and you'll want to stay hydrated while exploring all the ruins.
