My advice is to pack a light lunch. The food at the mountain huts is decent but super pricy. Grab some sandwiches from the village to save some cash!
Be sure to try out the Sumpf Lodge for some après-ski vibes. The atmosphere was great, but it gets packed after 4 PM, so either go early or be ready to wait!
I think checking the weather forecast is key. On my visit, it was sunny all day, which made it perfect. But it changes quickly up there.
