Bring some comfortable shoes. The castle has a lot of steep paths and uneven surfaces. I regretted not wearing my best walking shoes as my feet were sore by the end of the day.

If you're on a budget consider packing a snack. There's not much around for food and the few cafes near the castle are a bit pricey. A little picnic is a great way to enjoy the scenery!

Don't miss the sunset! It’s stunning from the castle. I stuck around until about 6:30 PM and it was totally worth it for the breathtaking views
