I recommend bringing your own snacks. The café prices are a bit high and there’s not a ton of options. We packed some fruit and sandwiches which saved us money and kept the kids happy!

My advice is to wear comfy shoes. There’s a lot to explore, and you'll be on your feet most of the day. I didn’t and my feet were sore by the end!

I think parking can be a hassle, so I suggest taking the subway if you can. The museum is a short walk from the Boylston station and you won't have to deal with parking fees or traffic.
