I suggest getting there right when it opens at 10 AM. It gets super crowded, and you'll get to see the masterpieces without bumping into too many ppl.
Don’t try to see everything in one go. I recommend picking 2-3 exhibits to focus on so u can really enjoy them instead of rushing through.
Bring your own snacks! The cafe prices are pretty steep. I had a perfect break with my packed lunch somewhere quiet in the museum.
