I recommend checking out the local pub scene nearby before the game; it's a great way to soak up the atmosphere and maybe grab a quick bite. I stumbled into a great place just a short walk from the ground.
I suggest wearing comfy shoes; the ground is huge, and you might end up walking more than you expect! I regretted wearing my nice shoes halfway through the day.
My advice is to avoid the pricier food inside. There’s a fantastic pizza joint just outside where I grabbed a slice; much cheaper and tasted way better than the stuff inside!
