I suggest wearing comfortable clothes and shoes. You'll want to move freely! I saw some folks in jeans, and wow, that didn't look fun at all while trying to jump around.

My advice is to arrive about 15 minutes early. That gives you time to sign in stretch a bit and chat with the instructors – they're super helpful.

if you're on a budget, check for the weekday classes. they're often cheaper, and less crowded too, which means more focus on your skills!
