I suggest bringing your own snacks! The food at the retreat is nice, but it can be pretty limited and kind of pricey if you wanna eat outside the meal times. Plus, having a little treat during your meditation breaks is just lovely.

If you're into meditation try the 7 AM sessions instead of the later ones. I thought it’d be too early but the atmosphere before breakfast is so peaceful and really sets the tone for the day
