Go for the sunrise flight if you can - the views of Cappadocia in the early morning light are absolutely breathtaking and totally worth the early wake-up call!
i recommend booking your flight at least a week in advance for the best prices. last-minute bookings can get pretty pricey!
My advice is to dress in layers! It was chilly in the morning before the sun came up, but got warm quickly once we got floating.
