Don't skip the nearby seafood shacks! Just be sure to ask for the daily specials; I got lucky with a fresh ceviche that was a real steal for what I paid.

Check the local vibe before you go. Some days it can be pretty windy, and that can ruin your beach day. I totally got sand everywhere on one of those windy trips!

I recommend hitting the beach by 9 AM to snag a good spot and enjoy a quieter vibe before the crowds roll in. Trust me, it's way nicer in the morning!
