I suggest you try their tasting platter - it's amazing value for the amount of cheese you get. I regret not getting the extra honey pairing they recommended because it sounds delicious and worth the splurge!

My advice is to visit right when they open around 9 AM. The shop was stocked fresh and the cheesemakers are more relaxed before the crowds come in. I noticed some cheeses were sold out by mid-morning.
