I recommend visiting on a weekday, ideally around 11 AM. It was way less crowded then, and I got to take some awesome pictures without waiting.

I suggest checking their schedule before you go. Some areas are only accessible during guided tours, which wasn't clear to me at first. It saved me some time figuring it out!

my advice is to bring some snacks! the cafe options were limited and a bit pricey. having something on hand helped me save a few euros and kept my energy up.
