i suggest trying to visit on a weekday evening, like a tuesday, because it tends to be less crowded and you get more attention from the staff. i went on a saturday, and the place was buzzing, which made it harder to relax
You should check out the locker rental options in advance. I wasted time searching for a locker on my first visit. They have a great deal if you rent for a full day so it's worth it if you're planning to stay longer!
