I suggest checking the dress code before you go; it can be specific, and I saw people turned away for not following it... Better to be prepared to save yourself some hassle

My advice is to arrive around 9 PM on Fridays. It gets busy, but that's when the vibe kicks in and people are more social. I loved the atmosphere then!
