I recommend showing up a bit early, like around 15 minutes before your session. It gives you time to warm up and chat with the coaches. They're super friendly and happy to help if you have any questions!

I think it's a good idea to wear comfortable clothing that allows for a lot of movement. You'll want to be able to stretch and jump without restrictions.

If you're looking to save a few bucks, consider bringing your own water and snacks. They have a small cafe which can be a bit pricey for drinks.
