I recommend going for the early morning rentals, around 8 AM. The water is super calm, and you’ll avoid the crowds later in the day.

My advice is to check the weather before you go. We had a blast but it drizzled on us a little and it can get chilly so layering up is a smart move.

I suggest booking your kayak in advance, especially on weekends. We showed up without a reservation and had to wait for a while, which ate into our fun time!
