Be sure to communicate your preferences to your therapist. They were super responsive to what I wanted, but I think it could've been way better if I'd felt more comfortable at the start

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early! I thought I'd be fine but ended up rushing, which kinda put me off before my treatment.

I recommend checking their website for any promos before your visit. I found a cool package deal that included a massage and facial, which worked out great!
