I recommend going for the deep tissue massage, but make sure to tell your therapist what pressure you prefer. The first time, I ended up wincing a bit too much!

If you are planning a facial, try to arrive at least 15 minutes early. They take time to prep your skin, and I missed out on some pampering by being a bit late.
