Make sure you have cash or a card for snacks at the little shop nearby. I was hungry after exploring, but I had to dig around for change. Saving time means not hunger-pained, right?

Check the weather before you go! It can change super quickly, and I got caught in a downpour. Dress in layers and have waterproof gear handy. It’ll make your visit so much more enjoyable.

if you're into birdwatching, i suggest going in late spring or early summer. i saw puffins, but i heard it’s way better with more birds flying around during that time.
