My advice is to wear good shoes. The trails can get a bit slippery, especially if there's been rain. Trust me, I learned the hard way!
I recommend visiting in the late afternoon around 4 PM. The sunset views are absolutely stunning and you can avoid the midday heat!
If you don't mind a little adventure, rent a bike. The park is huge and biking through the trails let me see so much more than just walking!
