I recommend checking the sauna schedules online before you go. I found that some have themed nights, and it really added to the experience!
Be prepared for a more relaxed atmosphere than you might expect. I found it really enjoyable just to chill and take my time, but it’s not a fast-paced experience!
I think getting a day pass is worth it if you plan to stay for a while. I didn’t initially, but ended up spending more on single entries throughout the day.
